1) Service description
MedLens provides price comparison, order placement (where available), delivery scheduling options, and reminders. Prices and availability may change. MedLens is not medical advice.
2) Eligibility and accounts
You may login via OTP (phone) and/or Google OAuth (if enabled). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone/email secure.
3) Orders, delivery windows, and fees
- Delivery windows (60 min / 4–6 hrs / same day / normal) are best-effort estimates.
- Fees (if any) are shown at checkout before placing an order.
- Cancellations may be limited once an order is out for delivery.
4) Prescription uploads and OCR
OCR-based extraction may be inaccurate (especially for handwriting). You must verify medicine/test names and quantities before ordering.
5) Reminders
Reminders are informational. They do not replace professional medical guidance. You are responsible for your medication decisions.
6) WhatsApp updates
If WhatsApp integration is enabled, you may receive messages about order status. Carrier/data charges may apply.
7) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MedLens is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, delayed deliveries, or pricing inaccuracies.
8) Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updates.
